It's been raining cats and dogs recently. And I mean that both figuratively and (almost) literally.
After Feb's exceptionally dry spell, Singapore's now experiencing the tail-end of the Northeast Monsoon (Nov - Mar), and it's been raining quite a lot lately - quite a number of floods too (exceptionally high tides on some of the days it's been pouring. In some areas, the flooding was so bad that basement carparks were flooded - almost to the top of most cars in one basement 1 carpark. Kinda makes you wonder about the state of basement 2, huh?
Anyway, as I mentioned earlier, I'm cat-sitting while my bro's away for work. What I haven't mentioned is that my Mum also went away for work on Sat. Will be gone for the entire week. So I've got dog duty as well. Of course he's not at my place. Not sure how my apartment, the cat and myself would survive that. He's at mum's place, and I go over everyday to feed him.
