Weight-loss

I've been attempting to loose weight, but haven't really done anything about it seriously.

Yesterday, I found out that my sister in-law had signed up with Aimin Acupuncture Clinic for a $1600 package, and my mother-in-law had signed up for a $2000+ package with MarieFrance. That inspired me to do something about my own weight loss programme.

I want to to it the traditional way - watch my food intake, and to increase my exercise.

So today I went for a walk.

I hope to be able to exercise 3 times a week to start with. And once my fitness level is up, to increase it to 5 or 6 times a week.

Because I have to get myself used to waking up early in the morning for work, while practicing waking up early this week, I'll take the opportunity to walk in the mornings. I will do that tomorrow regardless of whether Mr Milo wants to sleep in or not.
