Wow! Has it already been a year?
At this time a year ago, I was in the hospital, resting up after delivery, probably sleeping, in between feeding times when the nurses would wheel him to me for me to attempt to nurse him. He would suckle for a couple of minutes, five at the most, before falling asleep, although I was supposed to keep him at it for about 20 mins. Instead of returning him to the bassinet, I would keep him on the bed with me to cuddle and marvel at.

How you have grown, my boy! While I miss your newborn days, I am looking forward to seeing you grow up! Stay happy and healthy.
We celebrated by collecting his passport (an entirely painless affair if you make an appointment - we were in and out of there within 5 minutes as we were also fortunate to get a parking spot immediately) in the morning.
We then made our way to Fidgets at Turf City where he had a blast. We were thinking of taking him for a swim too, but did not due to inclement weather. So we came home and assembled his final birthday present, a Smart Trike Plus which he loved.
