It's not going well. I walked last Monday, then Tuesday and Wednesday I went to school, and spent most of the day there, so did not walk. I can't remember what I did on Thursday and Friday. Oh yes, I think I was working on the coursebook, so I did not walk either.
Saturday, we spent the morning at home, and then going down to Mr Milo's office to pick up the zip drive to transfer something for Mum, and then went out car shopping with her, and then to my in-laws' for dinner.
We managed to go to East Coast on Sunday morning. Mr Milo bladed, and I walked about 4km in total.
That's all the exercise I got done in the week. Sigh.
From tomorrow, I'm going to help my weight loss programme along by having small but frequent meals. I've already packed a salad for lunch, and an apple for snack. Hopefully, I'll be able to loose some weight by the end of the month.
