Well, I tried cooking the chicken as described in my entry, but as the result of starting my day early, I think it was left in the pot for too long. As a result, the meat was so tender, it fell off the bone. So, instead of chopping the chicken up, we had chicken soup instead. :D
Dinner was a rather fun event. Because we did not want to miss the opening ceremony of the Olympics, we had to find some way to be able to sit at the table and watch TV at the same time. The solution was to move the dining table to the living room. Lol. Wish we had thought to take a picture.
