My Mudane Life

I have decided to try to blog about what I do everyday.  This way, I can keep track of how I had spent my time, constructively or not.  I will also try to keep a food journal, especially since I am watching my diet closely.  Of course, this way, I can also see if I am falling back into bad habits in future.  Lastly, I will also include a 'Gratitute Journal' in here as well.  It is time I was more positive, seeing the good in this world, rather than fixating on what's wrong with it.

 So here goes:

Tuesday 23 Sept 2008

Today was one of my days of.  After I woke, I continued stamping my jewellery photos in Photobucket and then tried to add a Photobucket slideshow onto my blog.  While I was getting more and more frustrated as I failed to do so, Mum called re the car, and asked if I could accompany her to another tile shop to give my opinion on the tiles she had selected.

Picked Mum up from AMK Hub (waited 1/2 hr for her as she was at the bank), and then drove down to Balestier to the tile shop (corner in a row of shophouses [blue building] on Balestier road - a left turn [approaching from Thomson side]).  Looked at tiles.  Helped decide.  Also looked at a bathroom fittings and fixture shop along the same row of shophouses.

Went for lunch along Lavendar St. /Balestier Rd??/ Mum wanted to treat me to Abalone Soup, but it was not quite done, so I had dumpling soup instead.  Quite tasty.  Near Civil Service Club (Tessolsohn) - on the way towards Balestier, on the left.  Along main rd, before Tessolsohn Rd, blue canopy, but not in the main coffeeshop - but a hole in the wall.  I think it's called Ah Lam's or something like that.

Came back. Tried the photobucked thing some more, and then gave up, transferred the pictures to Flickr, and then created a Flickr badge instead.

Then went to rearrange a few things in/continue organising my room - shifted the Billy to next to the Expedit, removed the disintegrated castors from the side table, shifted some of my bead supplies to the Billy.

Had dinner and watched Heroes on DVD (2 eps) with Mr Milo.

Organise the room a little more.

Grading.

Food Journal:
Breakfast - 1 hard-boiled egg, chocolate milk
Morning tea - 1 golden kiwi
Lunch - Dumpling soup.
Dinner - Salad - butterhead lettuce and cherry tomatoes.

Gratitude Journal
I'm glad that I'm starting to move my butt re my room, and getting interested in beading again.
