Had facilitation at RP today.  The class was quieter than usual, and 5 of them left in Breakout 2.

Had Problem Briefing in Breakout 2, so I had my lunch at Breakout 1.

After the Problem Briefing, Mum and I nipped out to Sinbor to pick up the basin and bath mixers she had seen yesterday.  Although she was quite fed up with the sales pple at Sinbor, esp Dolly, but the prices were good - $120 and $130 (original prices $795 and I forget the other one, nearly 400, i think).

After that, I drove Mum home, where she had a very heated phone call with Chai over the new quotation.  After collecting some salad from her, I drove over to Aimin Cuppage for my treatment.  This time, in addition to accupuncture, I was to start the massage (tui na) treatment as well.  Although I had booked for a 6:30pm accu and 7:00pm massage sessions, I arrived early, and decided to try my luck.  Fortunately, they were able to accommodate me, but I had my massage 1st, and accu 2nd.  She started on my tummy.  But I started to feel uncomfortable after a while, so she only massaged me there for 20 mins, and spent the other 20 mins doing my lower back.  The tummy massage wasn't so much painful (accute pain) but became more and more uncomfortable as it went on.  The lower back massage - it wasn't painful on the back itself, but on the sides, it was a combination of pain and ticklish.  A very odd combination.

For the accu, they did my back for the second time.  I was lying on my tummy since my massage ended with me in that position. Also, I asked, and was told that they sometimes do accu on the back when they find that the weight-loss is going a little slowly.  This is to give the main area of accu (front of the body) some time to rest.  But they limit it to 2 sessions in a row only.

Good news is that I've lost 8 kg so far.  Starting from my very overweight state at 73.1kg, I'm now at 65.0kg.  My target weight for myself is 54kg, so I've got 11kg to go.  I'm almost halfway there.  Yay! 

My weight loss is better between Sunday and Wed, because I'm more able to control my diet.  Wed to Sun, not so much.  I tend to stagnate then.  This is probably because of Friday and Sat dinners, where I also eat meat for dinner. 

Anyway, after accu, I drove home and had a salad for dinner (not the one Mum passed me - that's for lunch tomorrow), and prepared a salad for Mr Milo as well.

Mr Milo came home all upset. He was so upset he had a tummy ache for some time, the poor thing.  It was triggered off by a partner who has always gotten his name wrong, and tried to explain it away.  Although it was a small thing, it had been building up for some time, and he could no longer stand it and he just blew up.  Then he tried to shop for a bike at Ave 5, but the shop keepers were not so helpful, so that aggravated the situation.  sigh.

Anyway, we finished watching Season 2 of Heroes.

After that, I graded while Mr Milo fixed his computer.

I am grateful that I have lost so much weight so far, and can fit into some of the clothes that have been too tight for too long.
