I'm in my 28th week now. Specifically, 28 +1(day) today. Which means I'm in my seventh month of pregnancy, and in my third trimester.
Saw Dr Kee again yesterday. The little man is now approximately 1.1 to 1.3kg, and his head and abdomen is on target for a 28 weeks. Only thing is, his legs are little bit on the short side.
The bad news is that I have already reached my maximum recommended weight gained, which is 12kg. So now I've got to watch my carbohydrate intake. Dr Kee told Mum and me horror stories of mothers who delivered big babies naturally who ended up with both urinary and fecal incontinence. :o
After the appt, Mum and I went down to the Takashimaya Baby Fair again. This time, we went to look specifically at cots and car seats. Because we went in at 11+am, we did not have to pay ERP, and also got a $10 Early Bird Motorist voucher (min spend $120). So after looking at all the cots there, we decided on the Bimbo Bello cot (a rather unfortunate name). It is a solid hardwood cot that has 4 possible heights, and can be converted into a playpen, day bed and junior bed. Mum got it in a natural oak colour and topped up $30 for a Oeko Tex mattress, rather than the high density foam one the comes with the package. Also part of the package - 100% organic cotton bedding set.

Thanks, Mum! :)
Will be going back on Friday to get the Ingelsina Marco Polo convertible car seat. Didn't get it then as I wanted to use the Taka vouchers I have at home but did not bring along as I did not expect to go to Taka. Will post more about the car seat when we actually buy it.
And because both are from the same vendor, we managed to get a twin pack Bfree plus formula bottles thrown in.
