Pregnant Again.

I had suspected that I was pregnant for a little while.  My clues were my missing menses, and my belly.  However, in themselves, they were not conclusive as firstly,  my menses have not exactly been regular since I'm still breastfeeding E.  Secondly, my belly looks and feels bigger than normal / I would like, but was flabby and not at all tight/hard, and simply looked like I was carrying extra weight , i.e., fat.

Thus, I did absolutely nothing.

However, last Monday, I thought my belly looked a little pregnant when I was at school, and when I took a shower later that evening, I thought it definitely looked pregnant, and it definitely felt pregnant.  I told Mr Milo on the way back home from Mum's and he went to buy a pregnancy test kit after dropping the two of us off.  I peed on one of the sticks that night, and it came out positive.

I peed on the other stick in the morning, and it came out positive.  So I called Dr Kee and made an appointment for the next day (Wed).

Come Wednesday, we visited Dr Kee (all three of us, as Dr Kee had not met Evan since delivering him), and the ultrasound confirmed my pregnancy.  According to the first day of my last mensus (14 Oct), I was supposed to be 12 weeks along.  According to the ultrasound, however, I was 10+ weeks along.  This is similar to when I was pregnant with E, the fetus being smaller than expected at the start of the pregnancy.  Hence, I am not too stressed about it.  However, the baby was very active and we could see both femurs and humeruses (humeri?)

Next appointment with Dr Kee is on Friday, 27 Jan 2012 for the OSCAR scan.  Praying that everything goes well and that the baby is prefectly healthy - physically, emotionally, mentally, psychologically and in anyway I have not thought of or mentioned).

After my appointment with Dr Kee, we brought E to the PD on the third floor as he had been having rather phelgmy coughs at night.  Did an allergy test (skin test), but he is not allergic to dust mites (thank God).  Most likely it is due to temperature.  Must try not to have the aircon on for him.
