Weight-loss programme

I've embarked on my own weight loss programme. It basically involves my exercising for 30 mins everyday. I started on Monday, 3 Oct 2005.

Monday 3 Oct 2005 - walked for 15 min, walked up the the 12th floor of the neighbouring block by stairs.

Tuesday 4 October 2005 - walked for 30 mins. I think I walked 8 rounds, and I think that each round is 300m, which means I walked for 2.4km.

Wednesday 5 October 2005 - not sure how this is going to work - if meeting up with Mr Milo for a movie later, I do not know how and when I can fit the walk in. Should I go home to walk, and then came back down to town to meet him? Seems like a waste of petrol. Sigh.
