We had a nice Christmas celebration on Christmas Eve at Mum's. Mum cooked the turkey, and WL the lamb.
Mum got me this beauty:
I haven't broken it in yet, but will this weekend. I'm going to make cupcakes!
Mr Milo got me a very nice necklace from Lee Hwa, but the pic online is copy-protected, so I don't know how to paste it here. Ah well.
Anyway, we spent Christmas itself tidying up the house and packing for our trip to Shanghai. I diced up our portion of the left-over lamb and turkey and had a Christmas fried rice. It was really really yummy. Of course, we could not finish it, and so I froze what we could not eat. (Ate it when we came back and had nothing else to cook. Still super yummy.)
